The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. The location of the cabin is between Levi Fell and Kätkä Fell and the view from the studio is towards Kätkä Fell.
