Enjoy our beautiful selfbuild and characteristic beach house located a stones throw from the beach. We live on the upper floor and offer two seperated setups. The mainfloor has a 4-5 pers appartement with eveything you might need. It contains 1 room with a double 160 bed and a bunkbed. The bathroom has a nice big shower and a seperated toitlet. The livingroom is spacious with an open kitchen and view on the ocean. Then there is the tinyhouse with bathroom and kitchen with room for max 4 persons

Welcome to my wooden house! Spacious, bright, south-facing, it is located on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula. It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: the sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity). A full itinerary!

The loft on the first floor of a small private residence. Ideally designed for 2 people. your bedroom equipped with a double bed overlooking the sea. In the living room, a sofa bed is convertible into a double bed south side, a small terrace for lunch in the sun. The La Pommeraie-Avalon gîte is nestled in a green and quiet setting close to the sea (one of the rooms has a sea view). The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.

40 m2 all-wood lodge, facing the river, a quiet place inviting you to relax and rest. We are located in the Moulin du Duc Valley, a quiet place with nearby sports and water activities. We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.
