Spacious room in a beautiful brand new house

We have a nice bedroom with a king size bed available in a beautiful brand new house. The room has a spacious wardrobe. You will also have your private bathroom. The house is in Portmarnock, a coastal village just 25 minutes away by dart from Dublin City Centre. DART is 5 min away on foot. You cannot miss ‘Velvet Strand’ beach which is just 25 min away from the house. The village has supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. There is lovely cat in the house.

This room is perfectly located in the city centre and is close to shopping centres, Cinema, Temple Bar, Public transportation, famous Irish restaurants, bars, a lake, all within a 2-10 minute walking distance. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a TV and a work desk. It's a private room with a king-size bed, and the bathroom is shared with two ladies. Might be with guests.
