In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

Infinity Klínovec Apartment No.5

The duplex apartment is located at the highest point of the village of Loučná at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level, with a breathtaking view of Klínovec and Fichtelberg. You can enjoy the views while sitting on the balcony or at breakfast. The apartment is within walking distance from Skiareál Klínovec. In winter you can enjoy skiing, from spring to autumn a trail park, cycling and hiking in beautiful nature. Please note that you will be required to pay a mandatory tourist tax of CZK 50 per night for each person over the age of 18.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Grünen

Welcome to the Ore Mountains, first of all an important note: in winter (in snow and ice) the house is only accessible with vehicles with four-wheel drive. The house is located at the edge of the village, about 150 metres above the main road at the end of a steep dirt road, where there is no traffic and you have absolute peace and quiet. The large natural meadow is also available for guests. The flat has a separate entrance and two separately accessible bedrooms. Details in description below.

The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. You can walk straight from the house into the forest or go hiking up to the Fichtelberg (Oberwiesenthal). In the house you cook on a kitchen stove with wood, relax in a solid wood family bed (270 x 200 cm) made of stone pine and feel a very special room climate through the clay plaster. Everything is pure nature.

This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
