The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. Below the house, there is an equipped beach, pharmacy, bakery, banks, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias. Bus stops and taxi service behind the house, to reach Palermo in 15 minutes. On foot or by free shuttle, you can reach the square of the village of Mondello.
