“I would highly recommend Daniel's place for short and long stays. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well located. Daniel himself is extremely hospitable, friendly, and accomodating. He was responsive and quick to resolve any small questions or issues I had during my stay. He was even kind enough to pick me up from the bus stop on my arrival. Thank you for everything Daniel.”
My place is close to Clonmel town centre, Clonmel Racecourse, Abbott Ireland Vascular Division, Boston Scientific and LIT Tipperary. You’ll love my place as it's a comfortable house in a private estate on the outskirts of Clonmel town. My guest room is tastefully decorated and has a home away from home atmosphere. The room offers all you need for a relaxed and cozy night stay, with complimentary tea and coffee facilities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
“I had a lovely stay at Marie's. Her home is sparkling clean, easily accessible & in a lovely area. I had a great night's sleep in the comfortable bed. The extra personal touches provided in the room add an air of luxury. Marie & her son couldnt have been more helpful with tips, advice & hospitality. I would highly recommend staying at Marie's!”
The word 'cashel' is an Anglicised version of the Irish word caiseal, meaning 'fortress' (related to the English 'castle', from the Latin castellum). Cashel is one of the proud tidy town winners in 2017. The town of Cashel owes its existence to a giant limestone outcrop of massive historical and social importance. Known as the Rock of Cashel, it was the seat of the Kings of Munster from the 5th century until it was given to the church in 1101. It's a five-minute stroll from the town the Rock.
“Great place around 3.5 km from Cashel town. Charlie's directions to get to the house were perfect. Great facilities and guests even have a private living space in addition to the bedroom. Definitely recommended as a base to see the rock of cashel and surrounding sights.”
