Very nice studio.

Very nice little place in the center of the Loue Valley. This newly built studio is located a few meters from the hiking trails. You will find the start of the descent of the Loue by canoe very close by. You will be in the middle of the emblematic villages of the region, on one side Lods (ranked most beautiful village in France) and on the other Ornans (country of the famous painter Courbet). Each village has its own appeal that you can discover by bike, on foot, or by car.

The exterior of the two-story residence is showcased, featuring wood paneling and a landscaped yard. A small pond is visible in the foreground, surrounded by greenery. The entrance is accessible via a gravel pathway, with outdoor seating visible on the patio.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Apartment adjoining the owner's house but independent. On 2 levels including equipped kitchen, (washing machine and dishwasher), bathroom and living room on the ground floor + 2 large bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom with a double bed and a second large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a baby bed + desk. Bedding provided as well as towels and kitchen linen. Free parking is available in front of the house.
