Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. After booking, my WhatsApp will be made available.

The house is on single-family land. It is not a condominium, having all its internal and external areas available only to tenants. It is very pleasant and easy to maintain, has everything nearby and is well equipped. It is 80 meters from the beaches of Geribá and 100m from Ferradurinha. There are bars and restaurants nearby. It sits on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. Enjoy the sunset on the deck with swimming pool and barbecue over the sea of Geribá.
