It is very pleasant and easy to maintain, has everything nearby and is well equipped. It is 80 meters from the beaches of Geribá and 100m from Ferradurinha. There are bars and restaurants nearby. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
