Villa Rachele offers two apartments and a en-suite room, inside a villa located in the green of the Marche hill, a stone's throw from the Adriatic Sea. The two apartments consist of: a separate entrance, a large living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, if required there is also room for the addition of other beds. Each apartment has a washing machine and air conditioning. There is also the possibility of only renting one room inside the villa that also has a separate entrance and personal bathroom. A delightful Bijoux in the heart of the city

The house is delightful, a small Bijoux in the heart of P. S. Giorgio! Close to the station, shopping streets, the sea! Very well served. Refined, elegant environment, with attention to detail. It offers two floors: on the first floor there is the entrance, kitchen, living room with single sofa bed and a bathroom served. On the second floor, with the ceiling of wooden beams, there is a bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. The room is equipped with a small balcony, air conditioning!

A dining area features a wooden table surrounded by four elegantly designed chairs, each with unique detailing. The space includes a nearby bookcase filled with books and a staircase leading to an upper level, complemented by a window dressed in light floral curtains.
