Villa Rachele offers two apartments and a en-suite room, inside a villa located in the green of the Marche hill, a stone's throw from the Adriatic Sea. The two apartments consist of: a separate entrance, a large living room-kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom, if required there is also room for the addition of other beds. Each apartment has a washing machine and air conditioning. There is also the possibility of only renting one room inside the villa that also has a separate entrance and personal bathroom. Large garden and relaxation areas available for guests, in the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor pool and green space to eat. We are located in the south of the Marche near Fermo and Ascoli Piceno, among the olive trees and the organic vineyard of Casale Biancopecora di Massimo and Michela, a fully recovered structure with principles of construction and anti-sismic, the views as far as the eye can see in the wonderful countryside of central Italy and the Sibillini Mountains. Just 27 km from the sea of Porto San Giorgio. The apartments have been renovated using the original old materials of the house with all the current comforts.

Vista Azzurra Apartment no. 2

The apartment is located at the top of a hill, not far from the center and the normal amenities (5 minutes from the Civitanova Marche toll booth). This location allows on one side a classic situation of country accommodations, such as calm and tranquility, but on the other hand, you are not totally isolated. In fact, we are in the middle of the road that connects two villages a few hundred meters away. The height also gives the guest a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape.

Taverna former renovated carpentry recently beamed ceiling, new bathroom with large shower, an armchair, a large double bed measuring 190x165, a sofa that becomes a bed measuring 120x200 a square and a half, TV, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave .
