Inexpensive Cozy Getaway

We love to have guests at our home! We have a nice, fully functioning 5th Wheel with conditioning/heat, a stove, oven, refrigerator and access to laundry. The space provides two bedrooms: a master queen separate from a 2-bed bunk room. Additional sleeping spaces include table and couch conversion. If you like fishing, we have space to park your boat, and you can charge it! There is great bass fishing in the nearby town of Fellsmere. Our driveway is 55ft long.

The Limpkin Cottage @ Blue Cypress Lake

Chill out among the cypress trees at The Limpkin cottage. Located in Middleton's Fish Camp on a canal connecting to Blue Cypress Lake, it’s an ideal spot for fishing, kayaking, birding, or just hanging out. See ospreys, herons, limpkins (of course!) and many more species. Bring your boat. Put in at the Middleton's Fish Camp ramp and dock right at the cottage. Fish for bass, catfish, speckled perch, and much more. Please be sure to read "Other Details to Note."

Serene, Beautiful 3 BR Villa with Pool

Originally custom designed as a unique retirement home, this villa shines with its spacious floor plan, large windows, abundant natural light, and high ceilings. Retreat to the covered patio for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night snacks under the sky as you observe the beautiful blue pool with no fear of mosquitos. Enjoy swimming in the pool in depths of 3-6 feet with multiple jacuzzi jets! There is no heating in the pool, and pets are not allowed.

This beautiful coastal themed home is located on this preserve setting along the South Prong of the Sebastian River. The Location is serene, and special. This home offers park like setting with views of very special birds, Osprey, Great Blue Heron, and Sandhill Cranes. You may be Pleasantly surprised as you sit outside and enjoy the abundance of wildlife. The covered screened patio is fully furnished for outdoor living including a TV and propane grill.
