Apartment with large terrace overlooking the sea. Two bedrooms for a total of four beds. Equipped with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two separate beds that can be joined together if necessary. The roof is made of insulated wood, which in addition to making the house perfectly insulated, together with the aged parquet creates a warm and vintage atmosphere at the same time. The living room-kitchen has a splendid kitchenette. Equipped with a large terrace overlooking the sea.

Matino is a really authentic and characteristic village and is just a few kms from Gallipoli and some of the most beautiful beaches in Salento (Punta della Suina, Punta Pizzo, Baia Verde….). There are several shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bar and free parking spots within close walking distance.

A covered patio area features modern tiled flooring and a stylish woven chair. A view of the sea is visible beyond, framed by greenery and an adjacent pathway. The space is bright and open, inviting relaxation and enjoyment of the coastal surroundings.
