The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time for all the things that are important to you. When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

Die großzügigen, weiten Wohnräume schaffen behaglichen Raum. Die Panoramavilla hat insgesamt 5 Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eines im EG und eines im OG sowie ein Gäste-WC. Zwei voll ausgestattete Küchen, eine im EG und eine im OG machen den Köchen Freude .. 5 Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away from Lake Constance 10 minutes. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).
