My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

Jarovecké rameno is a protected area. From the terrace of the houseboat, it is possible to watch fish, beavers, ducks or swans. Next to the chestnut tree line, our cottage, a cat hopper from the Lipót Thermal Bath, and close to Morotva Lake, which is famous for its rich bird life. Get around Island, Lipót is a great place to start! For this purpose, we will provide you with 4 bicycles – free of charge. Or just relax on the terrace or in the garden hot tub! Try the grill! On hot summer days, a garden pool can bring relief. (Ø 3.6 m)

The villa is located 6 km from Győr, in a quiet, tranquil environment in Győrzámolyon. We have a strict “no parties” policy! The 160 m2 stylishly furnished villa, located directly on the lakefront, awaits its guests with spacious rooms, a huge 75 m2 covered terrace, a 5-person jacuzzi, and an infrared sauna! We can accommodate 7 people in the 3 bedrooms and 2 more people in the living room if needed, +1 extra bed is available. It's an ideal place for families, groups of friends who want to recharge in a scenic setting.

The apartment itself is located on the second floor of a two-storey apartment building and consists of a living room connected to the kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a work desk, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is fully equipped and air-conditioned. There is a vegetable and fruit shop and a farm food shop directly in the building. In the neighboring building there is a pharmacy, grocery store, wine shop, café, restaurant and hairdresser.
