Renovated old furnished and independent from our house, in the middle of a large lot with some animals (ducks, geese, chickens, goats) for the greatest pleasure of children. I specify that they are placed at a distance from the accommodation and therefore do not cause any noise. The perch is an ideal region if you are looking for a setting of peace, no neighborhood close to the house; this allows you to have a stay in tranquility and relaxation.

La Bonnière is a traditional Percheron house renovated with the desire to offer comfortable and pleasant living spaces for stays for families or groups of friends. The house has a stove and a large kitchen-dining room that is very friendly and open to nature thanks to its large windows. Families are welcome, 2 of the rooms are more suitable for children. Beautiful walks will be easy because the house borders the Réno-Valdieu state forest.

Quiet small village house

House in the heart of a small village of the perch, we are located 5 minutes from Mortagne-au-Perche and 20 minutes from Bellême, both classified as small cities of character. 10 minutes away, you can admire the Basilica of the Chapelle-Montligeon.
