Studio je prostran 50m2, moderno i potpuno opremljen, klima, kuhinja sa perilicom posuđa, pećnicom i frižiderom sa zamrzivanjem, kupaona sa kadom. Prostran i veliki privatni vrt sa stolom za sjedenje i ležaljkama. Gostima je na upotrebi zajednički bazen 21 m2 kojeg koriste samo gosti koji su u kući. Plaža 5 minuta pješice!

Apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house with a terrace overlooking the beautiful Adriatic sea and National park Brijuni. It has a big and spacious closed backyard where you can also find a fireplace, perfect for grilling. Outside is also a free parking space. Guests can taste olive oil, wine and fresh vegetables, all homemade by the owner.
