Located in Faversham, enjoy the local area at the house with its own private courtyard and access, a short walk from many great pubs and restaurants in town. Downstairs there is a sofa bed which can pull out to form a small double bed (best suited for kids). Smart television, microwave, electric hob (no oven provided), kettle and fridge in the kitchenette area. Separate shower room with King sized bed upstairs. With your own private courtyard, there is space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Mark & Paul would love to welcome you to our rural 2 bedroom cottage, close to the North Kent coast in the grounds of 14th Century Frognal Farmhouse. The triple glazed cottage provides comfortable accommodation and is just over an hour away from SE London by car, or by train straight into Teynham station from London Victoria, (1 hr 6m). We are 10 mins walk from Teynham railway station. Faversham & Sittingbourne are 10 minutes away. We have released all availabilty through to end of December 2026

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Self-contained apartment in central Faversham.

A self-contained lower ground floor flat with a light and airy bedroom, bathroom and private entrance. Separate living space and kitchen. I do not provide breakfast but there is a toaster, kettle and a cooker in the kitchen. Several very good breakfast cafes in the next street. Supermarkets less than 5 minutes walk away. Situated in a conservation area in the heart of the historic market town of Faversham, just two minutes' walk from the railway station and all amenities.

Spend an extremely comfortable night in the self-contained accommodation in the studio. Once a stable and subsequently the old pottery, the accommodation has now been completely renovated to provide a peaceful and luxurious bedroom with beautiful super-king bed and ensuite bathroom with a roll-top bath. Downstairs, a wood-burning stove is a cosy addition to the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room.
