Cozy house in the heart of the Corrèze countryside. 5 minutes from Highways A20 and A89. Central place to visit our beautiful department of Corrèze (landscapes, monuments, markets...), the Lot (Rocamadour/Padirac 1h) and the Dordogne (Sarlat 1 hour). 10 minutes between TULLE and BRIVE. Nearby amenities: supermarket, bakery, bar/tobacconist, pharmacy 5 minutes away. Lots of lakes around. Great place for a family holiday. Cleaning will need to be done at the end of your stay. Linens not provided. Rental is extra.

Between Brive and Tulle, new house on wooded land of 1600 m², with 4 bedrooms (2 ground floor + 2 floors) + mezzanine (sofa bed), 2 bathrooms (hydrojet shower + bathtub), 2 toilets, 2 open kitchens (American fridge), garage, living room with large screen TV, outdoor barbecue. Quiet, pleasant place, nice view. Sheets + towels not provided except on request: €15 per bed for the duration of the stay. Mandatory cleaning fee of €60 to be paid on site upon arrival. If electric vehicle 20 euros/day extra.

Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

Collonges la Rouge 20 m away as well as the Château de Turenne, 45 min from the Gouffre de Padirac and the Cité de Rocamadour, 30 min from the Lascaux caves in Beaulieu sur Dordogne and Argentat (canoeing, swimming...), 10 min from Aubazine and its Canal des Moines / its Abbey

You will stay in a green setting surrounded by our animals. The 70 m² accommodation on enclosed land is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.
