Apartment in the basement of a single-family home, in scenic surroundings! Approximately 35 m2, with 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen. Suitable for 1-3 people. Walking distance to the sea and Nordstranda Camping, as well as several hiking opportunities in the area. Approx. 3 km to Vanse City Centre, and about 7 km to Farsund City Centre. 2 beds (90cmx200cm) can be chosen if it should be separated or if they should be put together as a double bed. We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.
