This stunning flat is set in the old stable block of an Old Georgian Rectory in a peaceful village situated between Bath, Bristol and Wells. With an indoor pool, its own courtyard and garden area and parking for 2 cars this property combines the luxury of an historic setting with the convenience of a totally modern flat. The Nook sits in the grounds of Downside House. It has been recently renovated to a high standard offering comfort, warmth and style. There is one upstairs bedroom with a king-size bed, luxury bedding and white soft towels. A downstairs bathroom offers a roll top bath with shower overhead. WiFi, Bluetooth music speaker, desk, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer It's the perfect place from which to explore the beautiful sights Bath, Wells and Somerset have to offer.

The Cowshed

The Cowshed is a fully self contained property with its own entrance and includes one car parking space on our private driveway. It is an annexe which has been newly renovated. We have recently given this space a new lease of life by re-decorating the main living area, bathroom and bedroom. It also comes with a fully refurnished kitchen along with all new appliances excluding dishwasher & washing machine. Situated in the village of Farmborough, only 8 miles from Bath and Bristol City Centre.

A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.
