House on a hill with incredible sunset views, José Ignacio lagoon and the countryside, about 400 meters from the sea. 40 sq. meter terrace with a railing that hugs a large pine tree, with a table, grill, and pergola. Soundproofed master suite with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom with two showers. Another suite with 2 double beds and a bathroom. Toilet and laundry room. Down on the sand, there is a stove area with a grill. Air conditioning, mosquito nets, and double glazing in all rooms. Security cameras. Wifi. Safe.
