Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Villa Brtonigla has 250 m2 and is divided into ground floor and floor. The villa itself has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area, and a spacious living room with access to a pool and garden. The terrace on the first floor is 40m2 with a sea view. We have fulfilled a dream and created a holiday home with a lot of love and according to our ideas. A new house in the typical style of the Istrian region with a fantastic view of the landscape to the sea. This includes a large heated infinity pool for your sole use and a spacious outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Note: The pool can be heated from April to October. Heating costs €20 for max 10 hours/day and will be charged additionally.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

The house accommodates 6-7 people across 140 m². On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace and additional seating that can serve as a bed for one child, and a separate toilet. The first floor houses one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, while the second floor features two additional bedrooms and another bathroom.
