Small lake house with your own jetty

Newly built house/cottage with a private jetty for rent at Lake Vällan in Falun. In the summer you can enjoy swimming and sun. It has a rowboat and SUPs that allow for trips out to Vällan. During winter there are opportunities for both long-distance skates and cross-country skis as the track and tracks are prepared if weather and underlay allow. The house is about 50m2 and accommodates small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, full bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

Where you can take a swim, walk, run or bike mtb along the many trails that are nearby. Rent our pool house! Newly built “apartment” about 25 sqm with spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities and rooms with kitchen, sofa and 160 cm bed. Bedlinen and towels are included you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside is included. You can store your skis or bicycles in a locked space, if you wish. Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross country tracks, bathhouse, bike trails and Dalarna college. 3 min drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Fantastic lake view in large Villa in Stjärnsund.

Large villa with spectacular lake view in popular Stjärnsund. Uniquely decorated house with that little extra. Two large verandas in both directions, where you can enjoy the morning sun as evening sun and an amazing sunset. It is less than 50 meters to the jetty with a wood-fired sauna and only 300 meters to the nearest beach. Boat with electric motor and canoes are available. An hour to both Romme Alpin and Kungsberget and if you like ice wax bathing as much as we do, are awake open all winter.

I detta nyrenoverade hus anno 1700-talet hittar ni en varm och mysig atmosfär med vackra nejder i Byn Hovgården. Gångavstånd till bad, sjöar och slingriga stigar som väntar på att bli utforskade. Med bil når ni Romme Alpin eller Borlänge Centrum på 12 minuter. Även många andra vackra sevärdheter och naturreservat finns i närheten som till ex. Gyllbergen, Turistvägen Silverringen. Möjlighet att hyra cyklar, kanot, kayak och vedeldad bastu finns. Och vi delar gärna våra favorit platser med er:)

Close to the city but still rural! Large garden and patio with barbecue opportunity. Nice wood-fired outdoor sauna with a relax room is used for free. Here you live close to everything you want in Dalarna. Long haul tracks, bicycle trails, hiking trails nearby. Close to slalom slopes such as Romme 34 km, Bjursås 25 km, Källviksbacken 8 km. Walking distance to Falu mine! Tondo Gourmetpizzeria 100 metres. Shop and center 2.7 km. Various slalom equipment for children is available to borrow.

Centrally located in Falun with proximity to skiing (both cross-country and slalom), long-distance skating etc. in the winter and swimming, restaurants and cultural environment in the summer. Large dining area indoors and outdoors. Access to carport, barbecue, a fantastic garden, etc. Dogs welcome. Perfect as accommodation in connection with, for example, ski competitions, in and around Falun. The tranquility is 10 min away with a car.

Iconic 19th century Dalarna farmstead, quietly situated near Lake Siljan. A comfortable combination of modern facilities with many original details, including fully functional tiled stoves. We recommend minimum three nights - there is much to see and experience, for all ages, in the area.
