Approximately 1 km to Tallens shopping center with grocery store, pharmacy, paddle hall, gym, etc. Exercise track with electric light right at your doorstep. Approximately 800 meters to Källviken's slalom hill and about 2 kilometers to Lake Runn. Approximately 4 km to Falu city center.

The price is not included in the regular house rental. Although the house is located in nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to shopping center.

Here you can easily jump into the water in the summer at the swimming area that is 100 meters away or why not skate in the winter. You can go cross-country and downhill skiing nearby, so why not take a trip to Romme alpine during the day! Just behind the property, there is an apple orchard with over 100 apple varieties. The house is built next to beautiful Vassboherrgård and is a perfect accommodation all year round.

A slightly longer walk or by bike (7 min) to central Falun with a lot to do in culture and pleasantness with many restaurants and amusements.
