Pleasant garden flat with patio. Private entrance down 7 steps to a comfortable four roomed apartment, perfect for two! Sunny aspect to kitchen and living room with wood burner for cosy evenings. Close to bus routes in and out of the city centre. Easy access to the South Downs National Park as well as the beach and many amenities that Brighton has to offer. Perfectly situated for the Universities and Amex Stadium this is a quiet residential street within the popular Roundhill Conservation Area.

The Garden Room, Warblers, Kingston Road, Lewes

The Garden Room is bright and spacious with lovely views to the south across the Lewes Brooks. There is a well equipped kitchen area, and you have your own front door. Coffee, tea, milk and some breakfast provisions will be waiting for you for your first morning. We are close to Lewes but with open fields nearby. It is a ten minute walk to a pub, for local beer and food. There is space nearby for a small car to park; larger vehicles can park about 20m from our driveway, on the Kingston Road.

A modern wooden building features large bifolding doors that open to a private garden. Lush greenery and plants adorn the area, while a stylish wooden fence provides a cozy border. Soft, natural light fills the interior space, enhancing the open, inviting feel.

Self contained modern building with private entrance and free parking. Open plan with access to your own gated private garden, alongside our main garden with beautiful views of the South Downs. We will greet all guests personally (if we can) but also have a key lock facility. Inside you will find clean living area with kitchenette, TV and seperate bathroom with large walk in shower. 10 minute walk to Brighton and Sussex Universities and amazing walks and bus stop within 2 minutes from house.

The Studio is on the first floor of a lovely, quiet, Victorian house, one minute from the beach. There are great bars and restaurants around the corner, or, if you fancy a stroll along the famous promenade, the heart of Brighton is twenty minutes away. Guests say they love my place for its character, its high ceilings, and its location. It's popular with couples on a romantic break, and people visiting friends or family in the city. Parking for a small additional cost subject to availability.

A stunning 1 bedroom, self catering holiday cottage. Located on a working farm in the South Downs, we are situated just outside Lewes and a few miles from Brighton. The Hovel is an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful South Downs, with easy access by car, bus or bike. There are amazing walks on the doorstep along the South Downs Way, the coast is a short drive away and all the attractions of Lewes and Brighton are a short journey by pedal, bus or car.
