In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Χαλαρώστε κάνοντας μια μοναδική και ήρεμη απόδραση, στο παραλιακό μας κατάλυμα ,έχοντας μια απίστευτη και μοναδική θέα της παραλίας του Φαληρακίου. Το κατάλυμα μας είναι μόλις 5 βήματα από το κύμα της θάλασσας. Η τοποθεσία μας είναι πολύ καλή καθώς το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται με τα πόδια 3-4 λεπτά από το λιμανάκι του Φαληρακίου , 10-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Φαληρακίου. Υπάρχει κοντά διαθέσιμο mini market, εστιατόρια ,καφετέριες και beach bars. Η τοποθεσία είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη!

A wonderful traditional greek living experience!! Mixing old and new in the beautiful village of Koskinou, 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from Rhodes town. This is my familys house since it was built in mid 1800s and it is completely renovated in 2016. Amazing roof terrace with the best view.. Comfortable beds.. Light.. Breeze.. You will love this house!!
