This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

Enjoy this fabulous accommodation by the sea. It is fully equipped for families, has a private parking space, a south-facing terrace with a view, air conditioning, mosquito nets. It is in a quiet location, set back from the road. Two of the bedrooms overlook gardens, perfect for waking up to the sound of birdsong. Ideally located less than 5 minutes from the beach of the reserve and about ten minutes from the tram.

A balcony table is set with a bowl of fresh fruit, including bananas and grapes, alongside pastries and cups of tea. The scenic sea view is framed by decorative green railings and a palm tree is visible in the background under a clear sky.
