Spacious home with pool & magnificent view

La Maison Blanche is a bright and spacious house with character, which has just been completely renovated in 2019. Ideal for 2 families as it has 4 rooms and sleeps 8 comfortably. The villa is located at the entrance of a small village, St Aubin de Cadelech. The large garden, terrace and pool offer a tremendous view of the area. The lively town of Eymet is nearby, offering some nice bars and restaurants. The area has a lot of green to go walking, running, or biking. Great vineyards nearby.

This lovely gite is above all very calm and comfortable with a boutique feel. Your gite overlooks the gardens and a court yard with beautiful views and has a use of the land, swimming pool, garden with trees, a place for picnics and relaxation for you. Located within walking distance to the scenic village of Tremolat in the Dordogne, and immediate vicinity of the historic center and its amenities, Bars, restaurants, French market, are accessible in 8-10 mins on foot.

A clear blue swimming pool is framed by a wooden deck and features lounge chairs. The property is complemented by large sliding doors leading into the living space, while surrounding greenery enhances the serene atmosphere.
