This home built in 1909 has lots of character. Plenty of room for the whole family and the dogs too. You can enjoy the wrap around porch , a dip in the pool, a huge yard for dogs and kids to play. We are walking distance from down town Exeter and local grocery stores . We also back up to the golf coarse. We are 45 min from gate of the Sequoias . Enjoy the many places around the house to sit and enjoy the views of the mountains.
