It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

L'Olivette is located in the village of Eus, ranked among "The Most Beautiful Villages of France" and "The sunniest of France", in the middle of an authentic region that can be discovered during magnificent hikes along the coast located 40 minutes by car or on the mountain trails of the Pyrenees 5 minutes from the villa.

Nestled at the foot of Canigou in the heart of the city of Prades, you will find the market every Tuesday and Saturday with its producers. Located 45 minutes from the sea and the mountains. Close to heritage sites, at the start of many hiking trails. Enjoy this quiet accommodation, a short walk from the city center and the thermal baths. Located at the foot of the Canigou and not far from the hot sulfur water baths to relax, ideal for hiking, canyoning, skiing depending on the season (45 minutes by car). A double bed, a sofa bed.
