Far from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a 2-hectare green setting, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a stream and punctuated by a small pond.

Charming Chaumière located on the property of the Manoir de la Pérelle in Hondouville. Dependency located on a plot of 3 hectares on the edge of the Iton. Free walk on the property. Very charming village in the heart of the Iton Valley to visit by bike (loan of bicycles). Bakery, tobacco bar, pharmacy etc nearby. Distance: 15 minutes from Evreux, 10 minutes from Louviers - exit A13, 40 minutes from Rouen and 1 hour from Paris.

The tiny-house "Cupidon" is ideal for 1 or 2 people, whether you are travelling for personal or business reasons. Comfortable bedding awaits you. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed and an office area. Upstairs there is a bedroom and a shower room with WC and washing machine. You can park your car in the fully enclosed courtyard. You will have views over the courtyard and garden area.

We offer a studio equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom and spacious bedroom where you can enjoy the calm of the countryside. The decoration is neat and cozy. From May you can enjoy the pool area (the pool is heated and reserved only for cottage tenants and owners) You have private access to the accommodation, a terrace for lunch and a parking space adjoining the chalet.

This Cottage with its atypical charm - entirely designed and created by me - is nestled in the heart of our property in a small village in Vexin Normand. 1 hour from Paris, 50 minutes from Rouen, 25 minutes from Lyons-La-Forêt, 20 minutes from Vernon-Giverny, 10 minutes from Château-Gaillard-Les Andelys, 2 minutes from Domaine de la Croix Sauvalle and Grange du Bourgoult.

Peaceful cottage "La Trèfletière"

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
