Etage befindet sich der Wohn- und Essraum, das Badezimmer, das Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen und auf Nachfrage mit Babybett. Auf der Empore befindet sich unser Schlafsofa für weitere zwei Personen. Wanderer und Radfahrer sind nur 300m vom Venn, Ravel- und Velo- Radweg entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung befindet sich der Eifelsteig, Rursee, Monschau Altstadt und Burg Vogelsang.

This lovely holiday flat (highlighted blue, about 40m²), is the ideal location, to explore parts of the Eifel National Park with Lake Rursee. Moreover, the historic Mustard Mill in Monschau, the high rope course in Hürtgenwald, the famous Aachen Cathedral and the international CHIO Equestrian Festival are within a 20 min car ride. In the vicinity of the holiday flat you can find very good shopping facilities and restaurants. In summer you are welcome to use parts of our pristine garden.

Es besteht nach Absprache die Möglichkeit E-Bikes in der Unterkunft abzustellen & zu laden.

Located in a quite street, just 2km away from the city center, near the Thermes of Spa, close to the golf and the forest. The Spa-Francopchamps circuit is just 15min away by car (12km).

Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
