Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away 11 km. You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (min depth 1.2m max depth 2m) A car is necessary. It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

The small studio is located on the 3rd floor, in front the beach, in the center of Artemida ideal for holiday, very close to Athens city (aprox. 23km), next to Athens International Airport(4km) and Rafina port (5km) where you can travel to Cyclades islands (Andros,Naxos, Paros, Evia, Myconos). Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). It has a terrace overlooking the Sea and a large courtyard overlooking the mountain. It is within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing or relaxing. The price also includes the legal tax per day.

Traditional stone, wood and a lot of love make up the modest, but comfortable space of the accommodation. Castello Valla is a unique proposal to experience mountain tourism (800m altitude), the wonderful view and at the same time enjoy the clear blue waters of the Aegean Sea (distance 4km). It is an occasion for an escape from everyday life and a short respite in the beautiful nature and the peaceful life of a traditional Greek village.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
