Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Quiet guest apartment in our house at Horbachpark in a very quiet, central location. The old town is only 300 meters away, the Ettlingen city train station and supermarket 250 meters, A5 4 km. We live on the lower two floors. The apartment has a great view of the Black Forest. It is very suitable for 2-5 people. Max. 6 adults and 2 children by arrangement. The apartment is fully furnished (upcycling). Our house is "relatively" CO2 neutral (photovoltaic and heat pump). Waipu TV stick.

The kitchen area features modern cabinetry with a light finish, a stove, and a microwave. A dining table is positioned in the center of the space. The room is accented by a green wall and illuminated by overhead lighting.

BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheim city. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

The bedroom features a spacious bed with white bedding and decorative pillows, complemented by a stylish chandelier above. Soft lighting is provided by bedside lamps, and natural light enters through a large window adorned with curtains. Warm wooden flooring adds a cozy touch.

Thank you for your interest in my apartment. I would be very happy to welcome you to our completely renovated Black Forest house from 1894. The approximately 50 square meter attic apartment with a living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is completely designed with oak parquet or old plank flooring. The balcony allows a beautiful view of the spa house and the spa park. Hiking trails, restaurants, thermal baths and shops are within walking distance.

Two windows are showcased on a light-colored wall, adorned with white planters. One planter holds a small plant, while the other contains a decorative sailboat. Outside, green foliage adds a natural touch, enhancing the view.

The listed house from the 17th century was in ancient times the stable and carriage building of the oldest inn in Ettlingen. In the historic premises, individual apartments have been created that combine the original charm of sandstone walls and wooden beams with all the amenities of today.
