Nice 2-bedroom, fully-equipped

Very nice 30 m2 2-room apartment, refurbished and equipped, completely independent and adjoining our villa, 5 minutes' walk from the village center of Saint Drézéry (large wooded park, shops, restaurant, tennis...). Ideally located, surrounded by vineyards and greenery, the accommodation is 20 minutes from Montpellier, 15 minutes from Sommières, 45 minutes from Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and Nîmes. For swimming, the beaches are 30 minutes away (Carnon, Plalavas, Grande-Motte), the Gorges de l'Hérault are 45 minutes away and lakes are nearby.

Welcome to "Jubilation"! Former hunting lodge completely renovated by an architect. From mid-June to mid-September, the rental period is at least 5 days. Apartment located on the ground floor, accommodating up to 3 people, consisting of a dining room with fully equipped kitchenette and a bedroom with bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). A bench in the dining room can be converted into a "single" extra bed. In the bedroom, a 160 x 200 double bed.

Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally.
