The 2.5 room apartment is located in a bungalow with 80s charm. The house has a driveway and is therefore away from the road, which is used only by residents. Sometimes deer, squirrels and other wild animals can be observed in the summer. There are two garden sitting areas. The house is only 20 min. from Zurich city by car.

Citycenter (5km) can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. Within walking distance of the hall stadium and 20 minutes by public transport from the airport. The apartment doesn't have a balcony, but you can share the garden/fireplace. The bathroom and kitchen must be shared with 2 other people

The apartment is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 20 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

The nearest train station is a 3-minute walk away. It has restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The proximity to the lake (5 minutes on foot) and the city (10 minutes) makes it an attractive starting point for excursions and business. This new modern studio has one bed (1,40m), TV, free Wifi, kitchen, closed bathroom and is very close to Zurich (only 30min with the train). You have only 3min to walk to the train station. Relax in this quiet environment in the Pfannenstiel region between Greifensee and Lake Zurich. On one side of the house you can reach the Forchbahn in a few minutes on foot, which takes you to the middle of Zurich city in 25 minutes. On the other side, a hiking trail leads to the Pfannenstiel.

The flat is the whole top floor of a beautiful and modern villa directly on the lake Zurich. The whole front towards the lake are floor to ceiling windows with access to the balcony overlooking the garden and the lake. The flat is accessible by lift.
