Me and my girlfriend live in the other building but are often absent due to work and show all respect for your privacy

The 3 bed, 3 bath house enjoys large exposed beams, double height ceilings, Smeg appliances, and thick walls to keep the space beautifully cool during the hot summer months.

The house is equipped to accommodate a baby. The house also benefits from a private garden of about 400 m2 with a terrace area where you can enjoy meals outdoors (barbecue available). A wide variety of shops are within walking distance. PLEASE NOTE: no internet
