The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Lantligt boende i äldre pittoresk stil och miljö nära Piteå Havsbad (1km) med utsikt över Piteälvens utlopp. Många möjligheter till rekreation och och avkoppling i naturnära miljö. Njut av soliga sommardagar eller krispiga och klara vinterkvällar med norrsken över himlen. Boendet passar både små till medelstora sällskap då huset har rymliga sällskapsytor. Tillgång till uteplats i söderläge och parkeringsmöjligheter på gården. Fungerar även bra för de som behöver tillfälligt boende i jobbet.

Mysigt hus i skogsglänta - med bastu

Koppla av med familj och vänner i detta fridfulla boende. Stor tomt mitt i en solglänta i skogen. 2 sovrum + två mindre kattvindar med säng, perfekt för barnen. Bekvämligheter som el och vatten finns. Mysig braskamin i sällskapsrummet. Fristående bastu (vedeldad) finns. 5-20 km till en rad olika badvändliga sjöar. 20 min till havsbad. 25 min till skidbacke. Gästen städar själv efter besök. För 300 kr kan vi stå för sängkläder. Rökning ej tillåten Ej tillåtet med husdjur. Inget Wifi.

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Förtjusande gästhus vid havet

Slappna av och mys i detta lugna och välplanerade boende vid havet. Gästhuset är en separat byggnad på ägarens tomt med självhushåll. Här bor du mitt i naturen samtidigt som du når Piteå centrum på 18 minuter med bil. Till E4:an har du endast 4 km och ca 25 minuter till Luleå. Bil rekommenderas. Här kan du ta skogspromenader, göra upp eld vid grillplatsen, plocka bär, åka skidor och skridskor under vinterhalvåret. Här ser man också norrsken ganska ofta! En idyll året runt!

Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers
