A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! Part of a newly built villa, private entrance and two bedrooms

Welcome to stay in a private part in one half of a newly built one-story villa with its own entrance. The house is located in a child-friendly neighborhood close to nature, about 10-15 minutes by car from Skellefteå city center. I & my two sons live in the other part of the villa. Nearest bus stop about 800 meters. Grocery store, pizzeria, gym, outdoor swimming, pharmacy about 2 km
