Quiet, cozy furnished apartment

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Our farm is located in Kirchdorf in Tyrol, nestled between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Kaiser Mountains in a quiet location. In winter, you can reach the ski resorts of St. Johann in Tyrol, Kitzbühel and Waidring-Steinplatte within 10-15 minutes drive, as well as Ellmau, Fieberbrunn-Saalbach-Hinterglemm in 20-25 minutes drive.
