It is only a 5 minute walk from an almost private beach and a 15 minute walk from an organised beach where you can find mini markets and restaurants. 7 km far from the downtown. A lovely house creatively decorated, 7 km away from the center of Ermoupoli. It has a splendid view to the bay of Fabrica. It is a five minute walk to a deserted beach and 15 minutes to the organized beach, Vari. There are taverns and a mini market.

An old neoclassical two-story house in the heart of Hermoupoli 100 meters from the port, with a rooftop terrace and an amazing view to the historic port of Syros. It was renovated in 2021.
