A separate entrance leads to the combined living/sleeping area. Despite the exposed location, you can reach the highway and Brannenburg with many shopping opportunities in 15 minutes. Lake Chiemsee is 25 km away, while Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached within an hour. Even day trips to South Tyrol are no problem.

Each double room has direct access to a private balcony and our garden can also be used. In front of the garden, a small stream ripples and invites you to relax! Please note that only 1 toddler can be accommodated in the crib in the rooms.
