Unique central guest house with a great view

This unique guest house is situated in central Gothenburg with a fantastic view of the harbour. Enjoy the view from the sun-kissed patio or (optionally) enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the sunset. There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by the ferry (12 min) that leaves 100m from the house. Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.

Ljus lägenhet nära älven, i Eriksberg

En rymlig 2-rumslägenhet på 54 kvadratmeter, belägen på sköna Eriksberg med med dubbelsäng samt stor bäddbar soffa för en tredje person. S Lägenheten ligger 5 minuter promenad till Eriksbergs kajen och vattnet, där färjan tar dig in till stan. Buss finns strax utanför och tar dig till Nordstan på 13 min. Diskmaskin och tvättmaskin finnes. Lägenheten är fräsch och byggd 2007, och renoverad 2017. Två balkonger på 14 kvm med fantastisk kvällssol och ingen insyn. Varav en inglasad.

Private parking is available, very close to Gothenburg C, and close to Volvo's office. Nyrenoverad (hösten 2019) Egen lägenhet med gemensam hall. Fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin, spel och PS4 finns. Takfläkt finns i sovrummet. Möjlighet att parkera bilen, nära Göteborg C och Volvos kontor.

På lugn och lummig gata med spårvagn och buss runt hörnet har du 11 minuter till tåg /centrum. Lägenheten har egen ingång med uteplats i anslutning. Fullt utrustat kök med kyl, frys och diskmaskin. Aircondition som du kan ställa in önskad temperatur. Sängen är 180*200 och hörnsoffan är rymlig och kan bäddas om så önskas. Badhus med bastu, gym och gruppträning (som yoga) finns 5-10 min bort. Gratis kaffe och te.
