Alloggio di charme nel verde, è parte di una casa contadina ristrutturata . Silenzioso, ha un ampia terrazza con splendida vista su campagna, mare e montagna. Il giardino (4000mq) è ricco di fichi d’india, ulivi, limoni e ospita un angolo relax. La strada di accesso si affaccia sulla “Cala Bianca” detta così per il colore della scogliera. Il mare dista 300 m ed è raggiungibile da due sentieri pedonali (dislivello 60 m). Sulla costa un arco naturale, una grotta con una Madonna e un’isoletta.

San Vito Lo Capo Rustico sul mare Monte Cofano

Casa in stile dentro la riserva naturale del Monte Cofano a circa 400 m dal mare con una splendida vista sulla baia di Macari ,contesto naturale esclusivo. La casa era un vecchio rifugio contadino ed è stata ristrutturata con estrema cura dei particolari in tufo e pietra balata. E’ un luogo per gli amanti del relax, natura e privacy. All’esterno il giardino ha vista mare sull'intera baia ed è terrazzato con pietra balata antica e mosaici e una panca in pietra e ceramiche siciliane.
