Close to the city center, we are renting out a bright, well-furnished apartment, close to Luisenpark and a 10-minute walk to the Anger, train station, theater and cathedral square. The apartment is located on the 1st floor in a quiet residential and commercial building (Wilhelminian style building). It is 32 square meters, equipped for 2 - 3 people, has 1 living room/bedroom, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. Bus and tram connections as well as bakeries and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

Due to the age of the house, there are a few individual steps between the rooms. If you have difficulty walking, be careful. No cars, no exhaust fumes. Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.

Our small apartments in the middle of the old town have only recently been completed. They have their own small kitchen, newly made bathrooms and a great bedroom. The location is perfect for a beautiful walk in the city center. The hallway still needs a little attention. “So, if you live by the motto I sleep, not in the hallway,” you can book a great room for a good price in the middle of Erfurt.

Great location at the foot of the Steigerwald, on the Gera bike path in Bischleben, the affluent suburb of Erfurt. The half-timbered house was completely renovated in 2014. 65 sqm, 4 beds, kitchen, bathtub, balcony - take a look at the pictures! The apartment offers a beautiful view from the 3rd floor. Parking is available right in front of the house.
