It offers 100 meters of banks on the river with its private dock. A fountain flows at the foot of the house. This little paradise offers all the basic comforts for an unforgettable break of nature

Numerous hiking opportunities in the Erdre Valley, hiking, biking, canoes... Two canoes can be made available free of charge for guests who want to enjoy a ride on the wild Erdre. The accommodation is located 2.8 km from Nort-sur-Erdre train station. Tram-train ride: 30" from Nantes and 3/4 hour from the seaside.

Our apartment is located on the banks of the Erdre, near the entrance to the island of Versailles. It is an ideal setting for running, cycling, walking and enjoying the sweet life of Nantes. The neighborhood is very cheerful and lively in the evening! You will enjoy the quiet room in the backyard. The 80m tram stop allows quick access to the center and the sncf station.

You will share the house with our cat (very friendly and housekeeper!).
