Here you will find the Alvoco River, which, due to the configuration of the mountains (in the form of a valley), has clear waters and pleasant temperatures for swimming in the summer. In winter, you can enjoy its beauty and harmony. The village is about 30 minutes by car from Torre (the highest point of Serra da Estrela), 30 minutes from Seia and 40 minutes from Covilhã.

In addition to visiting the various points of interest in the region, you can also visit in Casegas: the Chapel of Souls, the Church, the Museum of Sacred Art, the Roman Bridge... You can also go swimming in various parts of the stream and walk the pedestrian paths. Casa da Eira consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen over the living room and lounge, and all the equipment to make your stay comfortable.

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).
