Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

You will stay in a village with good infrastructure, in an idyllic location on the edge of the Black Forest. A small, old, beautifully renovated guest house (Rosi's Häusle) awaits you on two floors and with its own small garden area, with a cozy terrace, sandbox and a small turtle enclosure. Ideal starting point for hikers, families, motorcyclists and cyclists. Garage for two-wheelers available by arrangement. Check-in after 3:00 pm in person or with key deposit by arrangement.

Since Trichtingen is located between the Heuberg and the Black Forest, we have designed the bedrooms accordingly. The Black Forest room is mostly made of wood. Plain and simple, quiet and spacious, with a comfortable double bed (200x180cm). Upon request, we provide a baby crib and high chair free of charge. The hay mountain room with wooden bed (200x180cm) reflects the rural coziness and rural romance. In the living room you can comfortably relax from your excursions.

A bright bedroom features a spacious bed adorned with several cushions in soft pink and gray tones. A comfortable armchair sits beside a small side table, complemented by a floor lamp. Natural light streams in through the windows, enhancing the welcoming ambiance.

Stylishly furnished first floor apartment incl. Parking space can accommodate 2-4 max. people. Quiet and yet within walking distance of the historic city center with restaurants, cafes and bars. Covered terrace with view of the countryside. The lovingly furnished bedroom has a 1.80-wide bed and in the living room there is a pull-out sofa for 1-2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The highway A 81 towards Singen and Stuttgart and the B27 are 3 minutes away.

A modern bathroom features a freestanding white tub complemented by bronze fixtures. Sunlight streams in through a glass door, which opens to a small outdoor area. Two potted plants add a touch of greenery beside the tub, situated on a rustic tiled floor.

In the Gräbele

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

A modern kitchen is displayed with vibrant red cabinetry and a stainless steel range hood. An electric stove, oven, and refrigerator are included, alongside additional countertop appliances. White tile backsplash complements the cabinetry, while a wooden chair is positioned nearby.

The self-renovated apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building and can accommodate 4 to 6 people (5 adults). Children are welcome, but the apartment is not childproof or handicapped accessible. A highchair and a baby travel bed are available on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. 1 sofa bed is located in the adjoining room of the bedroom and is only accessible in this way. In the living room, the sofa can also be converted into a bed.
