The "Kanne" is a lovingly restored half-timbered house in the heart of Trichtingen. The long-vacant building was renovated with great care for its historical structure and insulated with eco-friendly materials. A photovoltaic system supplies electricity for infrared heating, hot water, and lighting, creating a healthy indoor climate and authentic charm. The suite offers two individually designed bedrooms with large double beds (200 × 180 cm) and a calm, relaxing atmosphere.

The apartment by the water tower impresses with its beautiful location. Centrally located but still you will find the necessary peace and relaxation as nature is at your doorstep and beautiful hiking trails start nearby. The apartment has its own entrance as well as a parking space. The granny apartment itself is completely newly built. The real wood parquet, the clay construction with wall heating. The bedrooms are equipped with hotel beds and hygienic protective covers.

In the Gräbele

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

We renovated our apartment in 2024 with a lot of love, the bathroom was completely rebuilt and underfloor heating was installed. The 30 m² apartment is located directly on the popular Neckar Valley bike path. Oberndorf is a conveniently located starting point for activities in the Black Forest, the Swabian Alb or Lake Constance. This apartment is centrally located. There are shops, downtown, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
